摘要
为了准确判断LDDF2332振动给料机是否满足设计要求,利用INV3018CT型24位高精度数据采集仪与DASP-V10分析软件进行测试分析。应用DASP软件系统分时对振动给料机各项参数进行实际测试和数据采集,对各测点进行动力分析,做出各点响应的振幅、振动方向角;对给料机起停车信号的分析,做出幅频特性曲线,找到给料机固有频率;对给料机整体结构进行模态分析,可得到不同固有频率下的振型。
In order to accurately determine whether the LDDF2332 vibration feeder to meet the design requirements, by using the INV3018CT 24 bit high precision data acquisition instrument and DASP- V10 analysis software was tested and analyzed. The parameters of vibrating feeder test and data acquisition system using DASP software, the dynamic analysis of each measuring point, make the response amplitude and direction of vibration the analysis of the angle; the stop signal feeder, make the amplitude frequency characteristic curve, find the feeder natural frequency; modal analysis of the whole structure can be obtained by vibration feeder, different types of natural frequency.
