摘要
应用Pro/E软件建立了分布驱动式摇摆筛偏心轴的三维模型,通过对偏心轴模型的谐响应分析,计算出偏心轴发生共振的频率、共振幅值和共振幅度最大的方位,为偏心轴的进一步优化设计提供理论依据。针对现有的模型尺寸进行优化设计,求解得出一组新的模型数据,使得应力、应变更小,固有频率更远离共振区。
The three-dimensional model of distributed driving swing screen crankshaft was established by Pro/E software. By analyzing the harmonic response of the crankshaft, the frequency, resonance amplitude and amplitude of the resonance of the crankshaft are calculated, which provides the theoretical basis for the further optimization design of the crankshaft.In order to optimize the existing model size, a new set of model data is obtained, which makes the smaller natural frequency of stress- strain farther away from the resonant region.
