摘要
横梁是振动筛的关键件,其结构设计对振动筛整体性能影响较大,从静力学与动力学仿真2个方面,对不同横梁结构进行数值模拟分析,研究其最佳的结构优化型式,为振动筛横梁的结构最优化设计提供指导与借鉴。
The vibrating screen is the main equipment of coal screening, its structure design influence on the overall performance of vibrating sieve. From the two aspects of statics and dynamics,the numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the different beam structure, and study its best structure optimization patteru,which provide theoretical guidance for optimization design of vibrating screen beam structure.
