摘要
针对传统浮选柱对高浓度煤泥水处理效果不佳,难以适应较高浓度浮选,且对低灰粗粒精煤的回收效率较低等问题。采用新型充气旋流微泡浮选柱对其进行处理,对充气旋流微泡浮选柱在高浓度煤泥水条件下进行分选试验研究。分析结果表明浓度的增高有助于低灰粗精煤的回收。
In view of the high concentration of slime water treatment effect of traditional flotation column, it is difficult to adapt to the higher concentration of flotation, and recovery efficiency of low ash coarse coal is low. A new type of micro bubble flotation column was used to carry out the treatment, and the experimental study was carried out on the condition of high concentration coal slurry. The analysis results show that visible concentration helps low ash coarse coal.
