18氟-氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射计算机断层显像在原发性肝细胞肝癌诊治中的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 肝细胞肝癌为常发癌症,发现时多属中晚期,进展快,治疗效果差,死亡率高。^(18)氟-氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射计算机断层显像(^(18)F-FDG PET/CT)能够发现早期病灶,对肝细胞肝癌患者的诊断、治疗及预后有着重要影响,尤其是在对转移灶的检出和复发的监测等方面具有明显优势。但^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像存在肝细胞肝癌显像效果欠佳、诊断率较低等不足,充分认识^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像的优势和局限性,才能够为肝细胞肝癌患者提供更好的临床诊断和治疗依据。本文就^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像在肝细胞肝癌诊治中的研究与应用作一简要介绍。 Primary hepatocellular carcinoma is a common cancer. Many patients are found with intermediate- advanced stage, rapid development, poor treatment and high mortality. ^18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (lSF-FDG PET/CT) can discover the early lesions and therefore plays an important role in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. It especially has obvious advantages in detecting metastasis and monitoring recurrence. However, ^18F-FDG PET/CT imaging has poor quality and low diagnosis rate. Understanding the advantages and limitations of ^18F-FDG PET/CT can provide better basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma patients. This article briefly introduces the research and application of ISF-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
