摘要
准确提取物流信息是物流工作正常进行的基础,但市面上现存的几种物流信息系统集成性能低且能耗高,无法为物流企业带来可观的效益。设计激光自动扫描物流信息系统,该系统由激光自动扫描模块和物流信息提取模块组成,两个模块通过互联网、蓝牙或传感器进行连接。激光自动扫描模块由3DH-3M三维扫描仪和控制端组成,3DH-3M三维扫描仪通过三角架构原理,收集并扫描物流货物的物流信息。控制端使用MYSQL提供的代码,对扫描工作进行调节和限制,以获取精准的扫描结果。3DH-3M三维扫描仪将其获取的扫描结果传输到物流信息提取模块,物流信息提取模块使用有效信息模型,确定扫描结果的有效信息,并提取出其中的激光扫描线和激光扫描点。将激光扫描点写入激光扫描线的对应位置,便可提取到准确的物流信息。实验结果证明,所设计的系统集成性能高、能耗低。
Accurate extraction of logistics information is the basis of the normal logistics, but the existing logistics information systems in the market has low integrated performance and high energy consumption, which can not bring significant benefits for logistics enterprises. The system consists of laser automatic scanning module and logistics infor- mation extraction module. The two modules are connected via the Internet, Bluetooth or sensor. The laser automatic scanning module is composed of the 3DH-3M 3D scanner and the control end. The 3DH-3M 3D scanner collects and scans the logistics information of the goods through the triangle structure principle. Control side using the code provided by MYSQL, the scanning work to adjust and limit, to obtain accurate scanning results. 3DH-3M 3D scanner to obtain the scanning results were transferred to the logistics information extraction module, logistics information extraction mod- ule the effective use of information model, determine the effective information of the results of the scan, and extract the scanning laser line and the laser scanning point. The laser scanning point is written into the corresponding position of the laser scanning line, and the accurate logistics information can be extracted. The experimental results show that the designed system has high performance and low energy consumption.
