高Cr钢热浸镀锌层微观表征及其腐蚀速率研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过扫描电镜研究了30Cr2Ni4MoV钢热浸镀锌表面的显微组织,采用静态质量损失法在3.5%NaCl溶液中进行0~96 h的腐蚀试验。结果表明,最佳热浸镀锌温度θ在520~580℃之间。镀锌层中的组织从钢基开始,依次为Г、δ_1、ζ和η相。随着热浸镀锌时间的增加,镀锌层腐蚀程度发生较大变化;腐蚀速率随着浸镀温度的增加表现出单调减小的变化趋势。 The microstructure of hot-dip galvanized layer of 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel was studied by scanning electron microscopy, and the weightlessness corrosion rate in 3.5 % NaCl solution for 0 ~ 96 h was meas- ured by static weight-loss method. The results showed that the best high Cr steel galvanized temperature was between 520 - 580 ℃. The galvanized layer of tissue from the beginning of the steel base followed by F、δ1、ζ and η phase. With the increasing of galvanized time,great changes had taken place in the corro- sion speed of galvanized layer. The corrosion rate increased with the increase of immersion plating temper- ature and showed monotone decreasing trends.
