高抗盐地聚合物特种胶凝材料设计及制备研究

摘要 采用矿渣为主要原料,以硫酸钠为中性钠盐,再掺入由水泥熟料、碳酸钠、铝酸钠三种物质构成的复合掺料,制备高抗盐地聚合物特种胶凝材料。利用正交设计方法对复合掺料的各组分进行组合,再与各水平的硫酸钠交叉设计试验配比,以抗折、抗压强度为指标,通过极差分析得出最佳配比,并对制得的高抗盐地聚合物特种胶凝材料的基本物理性能、水化硬化机理以及抗化学侵蚀性能进行了研究。 In order to prepare high salt resistance geopolymer special cementing materials, the slag is used as the main raw material, sodium sulfate as neutral sodium salt, then compound admixtures are added which are made up of ce- ment clinker, sodium carbonate and sodium aluminate. The experimental formula by orthogonal experiment is designed, and the optimum ratio by using range analysis based on the result of compressive and flexural strength is obtained. And the characteristics of high salt resistance geopolymer special cementing materials are studied, such as the basic physical properties, hydration hardening mechanism and chemical corrosion resistance.
