贪婪丙酸杆菌致男性乳腺炎1例 被引量：3

摘要 贪婪丙酸杆菌（Propionibacterium avidum）是腋窝、腹股沟区、肛周等部位皮肤常见菌群（[1]）。本文报道1例由贪婪丙酸杆菌引起原发男性乳腺炎。1病历摘要患者,男,49岁。因左乳肿块1年,近期自觉肿块较前稍大,疼痛较前明显,乳头内陷等症状于2016年7月20日入院,患者否认高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤、免疫功能缺陷等基础疾病。入院查体：体温36.9℃;双侧乳头位置相等,
