摘要
以武汉地区早春保护地茄子主栽品种迎春1号与2个野生茄砧木水茄和茄砧1号进行嫁接试验。结果表明,与对照迎春1号自根苗相比,嫁接苗田间长势更旺,高抗茄黄萎病,增产后劲足,其中水茄嫁接迎春1号增产15.66%,茄砧1号嫁接迎春1号增产10.21%,且嫁接亲合性好,商品果品质好,建议将水茄和茄砧1号作为武汉地区早春保护地茄子嫁接砧木品种推广应用。
The grafted experiment of the main cultivated eggplant Yingchun No.1 and two wild tomato rootstocks Shuiqie and Qiezhen No.1 was carried out. The results showed that, compared with Yingchun No.1 (CK), field growing of the grafted seedlings was more luxuriant and had high resistance to eggplant verticillium wilt. The grafted seedlings had full potential capacity to increase yield, and the yield of the treatment Shuiqie grafting Yingchun No.1 increased by 15.66%, while taking Qiezhen No.1 as grafting stocks, the yield increased by 10.21%. Both the grafted treatments had good graft compatibility and good fruit quality. Shuiqie and Qiezhen No.1 could be suggested to popularize and apply as eggplant grafted rootstock cuhivars in prevernal protected cultivation of Wuhan area.
