新常态下蔬菜规模园区发展对策研究——基于十堰市蔬菜园区实证研究

Study on Development Strategy of Vegetable Garden under New Normal——Based on Empirical Research of Shiyan Vegetable Garden

新常态下,在"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念引领下,供给侧改革和消费理念提升,现代农业发展和扶贫攻坚的推进,催生和激发了蔬菜园区(家庭农场)极大的生命力和发展空间。本文在实例调查的基础上,剖析了成因、问题,提出提素质、明导向、降成本、补短板、去杠杆、保安全的发展对策,以期为蔬菜规模园区(家庭农场)发展提供参考。

with the reforming of the supply-side structure, improving of consumption concept, developing of modern agriculture and boosting of poverty alleviation, vegetable garden was motivated infinite vitality and development space under new normal and the guides of 5 development concepts including innovation, coordination, green, open and share. Based on empirical investigation, this paper analyzed the causes and problems, and came up the development countermeasures of improving quality, knowing orientation, decreasing cost, covering shortage, removing lever and protecting safety in order to offer references for the development of vegetable garden.
