摘要
1病例报告患儿,男,12岁,因眩晕、恶心呕吐4h就诊于河北邢台威县人民医院儿科,无腹痛及进食不洁食物史。检查：腹软无压痛和反跳痛,未见神经系统定位体征,急查头颅CT未见异常,血常规正常。予以甘露醇降颅压,喜炎平清热解毒,奥美拉唑对症治疗,无好转。请耳鼻喉科会诊,仔细询问病史,患儿诉向左侧转头即出现天旋地转,有恶心呕吐感,无耳鸣、耳闷及听力下降。
We report a case of lateral semicircular canal cupulolithiasis in a 12 years old child. He presented to ENT clinic due to vertigo and nausea for 4 hours. Roll test showed strong apogeotropic nystagmus for about 70 seconds when roll to the left recumbent position. The right lateral semicircular canal eupulolithiasis was diag-nosed. The child was treated with the Li＇s quick repositioning maneuver and the vertigo was disappeared. His symptoms did not occurred after 6 months follow-up.
