增加肿瘤中活性氧的中药有效成分研究进展

Progress in researches on the effects of active components in traditional Chinese medicines for increasing ROS in cancer

活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)与肿瘤有密切关系,是近年研究肿瘤治疗的一个热点。一方面ROS能促进肿瘤的发生;另一方面增加肿瘤中的ROS能诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和自噬、抑制增殖及逆转耐药等,目前发现多种中药有效成分可增加肿瘤中ROS水平,达到抑制肿瘤的目的。本文总结了能通过升高ROS水平治疗肿瘤的中药有效成分,为抗肿瘤中药有效成分的开发和应用提供参考。

Reactive oxygen species （ROS） is closely related to cancer, and therefore is regarded as a popular target for the research of cancer in recent years. On one hand, ROS is an inducing factor for the occurrence of cancer. On the other hand, increasing the ROS in cancer cells can prompt the apoptosis and autophagy as well as inhibit the propagation and drug fast of the cancer cells. To date, multiple active components in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） have been found to be effective for increasing the ROS level in cancer cells and then suppressing the cancer. This paper reviewed the active components in TCM which are effective to treat cancer through increasing the ROS level, so as to provide references to the development and application of anti-tumor active components.
