摘要
终身学习的概念在20世纪经由联合国教科文组织提出并大力推广后,已获得全世界广泛认可。党的十七大提出构建学习型社会,终身学习是其重要组成部分,这要求教师和教师教育机构都必须做出相应改变。通过分析终身教育背景下教师定位、教师终身学习制度构建以及教师终身学习的自我修养,提出以改变目前相对落后的教师教育理念和体制的途径。
In the last century, the concept of lifelong learning has been widely recognized around the world after it was proposed and promoted by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Under the background of constructing learning society, teachers themselves and teacher education institutions have to make a corresponding change. This paper mainly analyzes the way to change teachers" backward educational concept and system, through the construction of lifelong learning system and teachers' self-cultivation.
