The Research on the Strategies of University Libraries in the MOOC Environment

随着信息革命推进,MOOC这一新型教育平台逐渐进入大众视野,网上授课成为现实。然而,MOOC的引入给高校图书馆管理系统带来巨大冲击和挑战,如何应对图书馆管理系统所面临的挑战已成为当下高校信息科学管理的重要课题。通过阐述MOOC的概念、发展和特征,分析MOOC给高校图书馆管理带来的挑战,在此基础上探讨MOOC背景下高校图书馆应对策略。

With the promotion of the information revolution, the massive open online course （MOOC） as a new educational platform gradually comes into the society, and it has made great influence on higher education. A series of researches about the relation of MOOC and higher education start in succession. At this point,as an important part of higher education,what kind of measures should the library take for the challenge to the information management system in university libraries. This paper firstly introduced the concept and characteristics of MOOC, then analyzed what challenges university libraries facing, and finally concluded practical recommendations.
