Changes of the Na^+ Contents in the Protoplast and Apoplas of Sugarbeet Leaves Under NaCl Stress

摘要 本文通过室内水培的方式,研究了在不同苗龄盐胁迫后,甜菜叶片质外体及原生质体Na^+含量的变化情况。结果表明:甜菜T510品系和甜菜210品系叶片质外体和原生质体Na^+浓度都随着盐胁迫程度增强而升高,其中在子叶期质外体和原生质体Na^+浓度较其它两时期上升明显,T510品系原生质体的Na^+含量与质外体的Na^+含量比值较210高,耐盐性较强的T510品系较210品系离子区隔能力强。 Through indoor hydroponic, researches on changes of the Na^+ contents in the protoplast and apoplast of sugarbeet leaves under salt stress have been proposed in this article. The results showed that Na^+ contents in the protoplast and apoplast of T510 and 210sugarbeetleaves increased with gradient enhancement of NaCl concentrations,of which Na^+ concentration in cotyledon stage significantly increased, compared with the other two stages. The ratio of Na^+ content in protoplast and which in apoplast of T510 strain were higher than that of 210. As compared with 210 strain,ion compartmentation ability was stronger in T510 strain with strong salt tolerance.
