摘要 目的 探讨急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）并发脑梗死的发生机制和防治.方法 报道1例以脑梗死为首发表现的APL患者的诊治过程并复习相关文献.结果 该例以脑梗死为首发症状的APL患者,经改善脑循环、全反式维甲酸（ATRA）诱导缓解治疗后,脑梗死症状加重.结论 对于合并有血栓形成的APL患者,在应用ATRA治疗APL时,对各种凝血异常均需提高警惕,不仅要防止出血,也要高度注意ATRA可能加重的血栓形成.
