摘要
随着PCD复合片在刀具上的广泛应用,市面上已经出现了PCD枪钻,但因其高硬度、高耐磨性,所以加工制造PCD枪钻依然困难。本文对PCD枪钻的制造工艺进行了初步探索,制造了一支PCD枪钻并与硬质合金枪钻进行了对比试验,验证了制造工艺的可行性及切削性能的优越性。
With the wide application of PCD compact on the cutting tool, already the PCD gun drill already has ap- peared on the market. However, because of its high hardness, high wear resistance, so processing and manufacturing of PCD gun drill is still very difficult. In this paper the manufacturing technology of PCD gun drill has carried on the preliminary ex- ploration, made a PCD gun drill with the carbide gun drill on the basis of the comparison test, verify the feasibility of the manufacturing process and its cutting performance superiority.
