摘要
由于形位误差测量的复杂性和测量结果评定的多样性,导致在实际测量结果中形位误差的不确定度评定成了难题。通过GUM法和蒙特卡罗法对直线度的测量不确定度进行评定。首先,根据最小二乘法得到直线度的误差模型;然后采用GUM方法对测量结果进行不确定度评定,采用蒙特卡罗仿真方法对测量值进行模拟仿真,从而得到直线度误差的不确定度;设置实验对比,通过数据分析验证了蒙特卡罗方法评定的可行性,为形位误差测量结果不确定度评定提供了更加简便的方法。
Because of the complexity of tolerance of form and position and the diversity of the measured results evalu- ation, resulting in the uncertainty evaluation of tolerance of form and position has become a problem. Therefore,this article through the GUM method and Monte Carlo method to assess the uncertainty of measurement of straightness. First of all, based on the least square method to get the model of straightness tolerance;and then,The GUM method is used to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement results ;the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the measured value. The uncertainty of straightness tolerance is obtained;completed the experimental contrast, the feasibility of Monte Carlo method is verified by the data analysis, a more simple method in the measurement result uncertainty evaluation of the form and position tolerance is provided in this article.
