盐雾作用对环氧胶粘剂的影响

Effect of salt spray aging on properties of epoxy adhesive

研究了盐雾作用对不同环氧胶粘剂的影响。试验结果显示,90 d盐雾试验后,4种环氧胶粘剂的拉伸强度、抗弯强度、抗压强度都略有下降,下降率在4%左右。分别对45#钢和不锈钢试件进行了钢对钢拉伸抗剪性能试验。45#钢片试件拉伸抗剪强度下降率在60%左右,不锈钢试件下降率不足5%。结果表明,环氧胶粘剂胶体有较好的耐盐雾腐蚀性能,但是不能有效阻止水分子、Cl-扩散到环氧胶粘剂与钢片粘结界面,无法阻止钢片发生锈蚀。

The influences of the salt fog resistance of the epoxy adhesive were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength of four kinds of epoxy adhesives decreased about 4% after the 90d salt-spray. Shear performances of 45# steel and stainless steel specimens respectively decreased about 60% and 5% after sah-spray. These indicate that epoxy adhesive has good resistance to salt fog, but cannot effectively prevent hydrone and Cl- diffusion to the bonding surface of the steel, and it is unable to prevent rusting of the steel.
