社会力量参与养老服务业发展探讨

Discuss on social force participate in agingservice industry

人口老龄化使养老问题成为社会热点,社会力量注入机构养老模式、医养结合模式和社区居家养老模式应运而生且得到较快发展。但我国养老服务业的发展还存在政府支持力度不够,资金匮乏,法律法规不健全等诸多阻碍。只有转变政府职能,健全相关法律法规,培养专业的养老服务人员,构建多元化的养老服务方式才能加大社会力量参与,促进我国养老服务业的长足发展。

Aging service is becoming social hot issue because of aging of population. The patterns of social force take part into institution for old - age care, combination of medical and health care and community housing aging service were born at right moment and developed rapidly. However, there are some hinder which like lacking of government support and funds, imperfect law and regulations. 0nly through transforming government functions, perfect relevant laws and regulations, train professional aging service personnel, and construct diversified aging services modes so as to increase the participation of social forces, and nromote the ranid development of our aging services industry.
