广西基层医务人员对政府卫生人力政策的认知评价调查

Appraisal and survey on the cognition of grassroots medical staffs to government health human resource policy in Guangxi

[目的]了解广西基层医务人员对政府卫生人力政策实施效果的认知评价及满意度情况,以期为提高基层医务人员对卫生人力政策的满意度提供参考依据。[方法]采用系统抽样和方便抽样的方法选取广西柳江县、武鸣县、陆川县、容县共计904名医务人员为调查对象,通过问卷进行调查。[结果]对政府卫生人力政策"非常了解"或"比较了解"或"一般了解"的基层医务人员仅有36.84%;认为政府在职业发展、教育培训、改善待遇水平中的政策效果"非常好"或"比较好"的基层医务人员分别为12.06%、9.96%、8.96%;对政府人力政策表示满意的医务人员有66.15%。[结论]基层医务人员对政府卫生人力政策的了解率过低;政府卫生人力政策实施效果有待提高;基层医务人员对政府卫生人力政策的满意率较低。

Objective To investigate the appraisal and satisfaction status of cognitive the cognition of grassroots medical staffs to government health human resource policy in Guangxi so as to provide reference frame for improving the satisfaction of grassroots medical staffs to government health human resource policy. Methods It selected 904 medical staffs from Liujiang, Wumin, Luchuan, Rong county as the respondents by sys- tematic sampling and convenience sampling, and investigated was by questionnaire survey. Results Only 36. 84% medical staffs knew govern- ment health human resource policy, only 12. 06%, 9. 96% and 8.96% staffs thought the implement effect of government human resource policy in professional development, education and training, improve the payment level was good. 66. 15% staffs were satisfied with government health human resource policy. Conclusions The cognitive rate of grassroots medical staffs to government health human resource policy is low. The im- plement effects of government health human resource policy remained to be improved. The satisfactory rate of grassroots medical staffs to govern- ment health human resource policy is low.
