摘要
"医信付"服务是杭州市民卡在智慧医疗领域的创新应用。患者可以"先诊疗后还款",免去因余额不足造成诊间结算失败而往返充值、结算的烦恼。笔者对"医信付"的理论内涵、创新思路和实践情况等几个方面进行论述。
The ＂Medical Credit Payment＂ service is an innovative application of Hangzhou citizen card in smart healthcare services. By means of ＂Treatment first, payment after＂, patients shall avoid the bother of recharging the account before the treatment. This research aims to ex- pound the theoretical connotation, innovative thinking and practice situations of the innovative application of ＂Medical Credit Payment＂ .
