玉溪市15岁以下人群乙肝疫苗查漏全程补种效果评价

The evaluation on hepatitis B vaccine chase leaks effect for people under age of 15 years old in Yuxi city

[目的]评价玉溪市2009-2011年15岁以下人群乙肝疫苗查漏全程补种效果,为制定乙肝免疫策略提供依据。[方法]对玉溪市1994年1月1日-2001年12月31日出生的儿童进行摸底调查,对所有未接种或未完成乙肝疫苗全程接种的儿童按0、1、6全程免疫程序实施乙肝疫苗查漏补种,统计查漏补种乙肝疫苗各年龄段的接种率及血清抗体阳性率。[结果]总摸底人数为235,895名,其中165,057名儿童已经完成乙肝疫苗接种工作,接种率69.97%。乙肝疫苗接种率随年龄的增大而降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3次乙肝疫苗查漏补种实施,第1剂、第2剂、第3剂补种率分别为98.43%、97.81%、96.80%,第1剂次到第3剂次补种率逐渐降低。2009年、2010年、2011年实施乙肝疫苗查漏补种项目,首针及时接种率分别为97.93%、98.54%、98.75%,全程接种率分别为95.15%、97.15%、97.89%。[结论]对15岁以下未规范接种的人群全程补种乙肝疫苗的创新方法,在扩大免疫覆盖范围的同时,有效保证了乙肝疫苗的接种质量,提高了保护效果。

Objective To evaluate hepatitis B vaccine chase leaks and vaccine effect for people under age of 15 years old in Yuxi city from 2009 to 2011 so as to provide basis for formulating hepatitis B immunization strategy. Methods It surveyed that the children were born in Jan 1st, 1994 to Dec. 31st, 2001. All those children who unvaccinated or unfinished over hepatitis B were vaecinatedB hepatitis vaccine according to 0, i and 6 months. It made a statistics of the inoculation rate and serum antibody positive rate of hepatitis B vaccine for each age group. Results The total number were 235, 895 children, 165, 057 children had finished hepatitis B vaccination （69.97%） . Inoculation rate was decreased with the age growth. There was statistically significant in the difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The first, second and third re - injection rate was 98.43%, 97. 81% and 96. 80% respectively. It was reduced little by little from the first dose to the third. It carried out re - injection project from 2009 to 2011. The first dose timely inoculation rate was 97.93%, 98.54% and 98.75% respectively. Whole course inoculation rate was 95.15% , 97. 15% and 97. 89% respectively. Conclusions It is an innovation method of whole course re -injection to hose under 15 years old children who unvaccinated or unfinished over hepatitis B. It enlarges immunization coverage area, and at the same time, it effectively guarantee the quality of hepatitis b vaccineand promote protective effect.
