摘要
齿槽转矩是永磁电机特有的问题之一,它会使电机产生转矩波动,引起振动和噪声。以一台48槽8极内置永磁同步电机为例,建立永磁电机模型,运用Ansoft软件对其进行有限元分析,研究辅助槽对永磁电机齿槽转矩的影响,结果表明辅助槽的个数、形状和尺寸都会对齿槽转矩的大小造成影响。合理的辅助槽设计可以有效地抑制齿槽转矩。
The cogging torque is one of the particular problems of the permanent magnet motor, it can make the motor torque ripple, causing vibration and noise. Taking a 48-groove 8-built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, we establish the model of permanent magnet motor, use Ansoft software for finite element analysis to study the influence of the auxiliary tank on the cogging torque of permanent magnet motor, the results show that the number, shape and size of auxiliary slot will affect the size of the cogging torque. The reasonable auxiliary slot can effectively inhibit the cogging torque.
