摘要 Cr12MoV是高碳高铬类莱式体钢,在冷作模具钢中得到广泛使用,适当的表面热处理工艺可以有效提高其硬度、耐磨性、抗腐蚀性,延长其使用寿命。概述了Cr12MoV钢表面渗钒的化学热处理工艺,以及不同工艺处理下Cr12MoV钢的微观组织结构和性能的改变,阐述了Cr12MoV钢化学热处理的研究现状及发展趋势。 Cr12MoV is ledeburite type steel with high-carbon and high-chromium, and it has been widely used in the cold working die steel. By the appropriate surface treatment process, its hardness, and wear and corrosion resistance can be improved, and the service life can be prolonged. In this paper, surface vanadizing treating technology of Cr12 MoV steel is summarized, and the surface and structure property in the internal changes of Cr12 MoV steel treated by various programs are listed and reviewed. Furthermore, the development tendency of surface treating technologies for Cr12 MoV steel is also evaluated.
