摘要
Cr12MoV是高碳高铬类莱氏体钢,由于其硬度较高、稳定性和抗弯强度良好,在冷作模具钢中被人们广泛使用,适当的表面处理工艺可以进一步提高其使用性能,延长其使用寿命。概述了Cr12MoV钢渗硼工艺的研究进展及发展趋势,希望对材料领域学者们的研究有一定的借鉴意义。
Cr12MoV is ledeburite type steel with high-carbon and high-chromium, and it has been widely used in the cold working die steel due to its high hardness, good stability, and high flexural strength. By the appropriate surface treatment, its performance can be improved, and the service life can be prolonged. In this paper, the progress and development trends of Boriding process of Cr12 MoV steel have been introduced, and expect providing special reference for the research workers.
