摘要
我国学者历来重视对大学教师专业发展的研究,却并没有明确地将大学教师个体发展作为一个中心主题加以研究,导致对大学教师个体发展的认识不足,使大学教师个体发展研究长期处于被忽略状态,阻碍了大学教师的个体发展,即阻碍了大学教师基于"个体人"天赋自由的、全面的发展。事实上,大学教师的个体发展是全面发展的重要环节,全面发展应立足于个体发展,从某种意义上说,大学教师个体发展的实现过程就是大学教师发展的过程。大学教师个体发展过程中面临着九种现实困境,使大学教师个体发展的应对策略显得尤为重要。
Scholars in our country have always attached great importance to research on the professional development of university teach- ers, but did not explicitly regard individual development of university teachers as a central theme to be studied, which results in the lack of understanding of the individual development of university teachers. The research on the individual development of university teachers has been in long - neglected state, hindering the development of individual university teachers, i.e. hindering the university teachers based on "individual" natural liberty and comprehensive development. In fact, the individual development of university teachers is an important part of the comprehensive development, and comprehensive development should be based on individual development, in a sense, university teachers" individual development is the process of the development of university teachers. In the course of individual development of university teachers, there are nine kinds of practical difficulties, which make it particularly important for the strategies of university teachers" individual development.
