环类抗抑郁药对抑郁症患者心电图影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Cyclic Antidepressants on ECG of Patients with Depression

目的:探讨环类抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症患者时对心电图的影响。方法:选择符合入组标准的抑郁症患者200例为服药组和100例正常人为非服药组,分别检查心电图(ECG)一次以上,比较观察两组ECG情况。结果:环类抗抑郁药引起ECG异常率为39.5%,且与剂量相关。大剂量使用ECG图谱明显改变,药物种类与ECG异常无关。结论:服用环类抗抑郁药患者应定期监测ECG,并需合理用药。

Objective：To investigate the effects of cyclic antidepressants on ECG of patients in the treatment of depression. Method：200 patients with depression were selected as the drug taking group and another 100 normal persons as the non- drug group. All were checked electrocardiogram （ECG） more than once. ECG of the two group was compared. Results ：The abnormal rate of ECG caused by cyclic antidepressants was 39.5% ,which was related to the dose. The large dose of cyclic antidepressants led to obvious change of ECG,and the type of drugs had nothing to do with ECG abnormality. Conclusion： Patients taking cyclic antidepressants should be regularly monitored for ECG, and should take drugs rationally.
