摘要
采用传统的铁氧体磁芯电感极易发生饱和现象,为了抑制电感饱和,采用新型铁硅铝磁芯代替铁氧体磁芯.本文利用Maxwell软件分别对铁氧体和铁硅铝2种磁芯材料电感的磁场进行了分析,通过仿真结果可方便比较随着电流变化,2种磁芯的饱和特性以及相应电感值的变化规律,分别得到2种材料的适用场合,并进行了实验验证.仿真和实验结果表明,基于传统的计算方法再加上Maxwell软件仿真分析方法,可使设计的电感抗饱和能力更强.
Saturation happens easily in the inductor with the traditional material of ferrite magnetic core. In order to prevent the saturation, we use the new type of sendust core instead. This paper makes the simulation analysis of the magnetic field both of ferrite and sendust magnetic core based on the software Maxwell. By comparing the simulation results we get the saturation characteristic of the two kinds of magnetic core and the related changing rule of the inductance valve. We get the application occasions for the two kinds of magnetic cores. The simulation and the experiment results show that the combination of the traditional calculation method with the Maxwell software simulation analysis enable the inductor with much stronger impedance saturation.
