浮选药剂与表面改性对太西氧化无烟煤浮选效果的影响研究

Study of effect on performance of flotation of Taixi anthracite coal exerted by change of reagents and particle surface modification

针对太西无烟煤氧化后可浮性下降,浮选效果差,影响企业经济效益的问题,以太西氧化无烟煤为研究对象,采用国内外浮选药剂、机械力表面氧化层剥离改性的方法,进行试验探索。试验结果表明,改变药剂对于浮选效果改善不大,而机械力表面氧化层剥离改性方法则可明显改善氧化煤的可浮选性,使精煤产率得到显著提升。

The economic performance of the plant is adversely affected by the poor performance in flota- tion of the oxidized anthracitic fine coal because of deterioration of its flotatability. Experimental test is made on the method for the improvement of the flotability of oxidized anthracite coal with Taixi anthracite coal as the object of study. The methods used involve the selective use of reagents produced both at home and abroad and mechanical removal of the layer of oxide for partical surface modification. Test result indi- cates that no noticeable improvement of flotation performance of such coal can be expected through the change of reagents, and the use of the latter method can produce a remarkable result as evidenced by the noticeable increase of yield of concentrate.
