摘要
为适应国家环保政策,满足市场需求,克服传统冷却式电磁除铁器在使用场合和使用效能上的弊端,开发了性能更优的空冷电磁除铁器。与常规的自冷式、风冷式、油冷式和强迫油循环电磁除铁器对比表明,空冷电磁除铁器环境适应性强,无冷却介质,温升低,吸力大,更具推广应用前景。
In order to keep in compliance with the environmental protection policy of the state, meet the need of market and overcome the drawbacks in operation and application of the traditional tramp-iron sep- arators that are cooled in different ways, a high-performance air-cooled electromagnetic tramp-iron separa- tor is developed. As compared with the conventional self-cooled, air-cooled, oil-cooled and forced oil cir- culation versions, the separator developed is more adaptable to working environment and can work with low temperature rise and high attraction force without the need to use cooling medium. It proves to be a separator with a good prospect for wide application.
