摘要
针对产业升级改造后机电设备管理存在的问题,田庄选煤厂在总结传统管理经验和借鉴先进管理手段的基础上,以设备性能评估为核心,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,实施了设备分级管理,并针对不同级别的设备采用不同的管控力度,实现了管理资源的优化配置,让管理资源在关键设备、重要设备上得以更多地集中,从而减少了机电设备故障对整个生产流程造成的影响。
In order to tackle the problems arising in management of electrical and mechanical equipment after upgrading and restructuring of coal enterprises, hierarchical management of the abovementioned e- quipment is practiced at Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, and the equipment at different hierarchies are put under management and control with different intensities. The management method is worked out based on experience gained in practice of traditional management mode and through incorporation of so- phisticated managerent means, with evaluation of performance of equipment as the core. The equipment performance evaluation is made by using qualitative and quantitative combined method. The implementa- tion of this management mode has made it possible to realize optimal allocation of management resources, concentrate management resources on key equipment, and, hence, reduce the adverse effect on overall coal cleaning system in case of failure of equipment.
