镉胁迫下不同细度品种苎麻耐性比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 旨在了解不同细度品种对重金属Cd耐性的差异性。试验选择长势一致苎麻扦插苗(苗龄60天)进行移栽,土壤Cd胁迫处理分别为0、25、75、150 mg/kg共4个处理,进行为期一整年的Cd耐性试验调查。结果表明:12个不同细度品种苎麻在25 mg/kg土壤Cd胁迫处理下的综合耐性指数在0.80~1.18区间,耐性最好的是中细度品种‘中苎一号’,最差的是低细度品种‘大竹黄白麻’;在75 mg/kg胁迫处理下的综合耐性指数在0.09~0.77之间,表现最好的是中细度品种‘湘苎3号’,最差的是低细度品种‘大竹黄白麻’。在150 mg/kg土壤Cd胁迫处理下的耐性指数在0.32~0.54之间,最好的是高细度品种‘厚皮种一号’,最差的是低细度品种‘大竹黄白麻’。由此可知,苎麻对重金属Cd具有很好的耐受能力,且呈现出中、高细度品种的Cd耐性大于低细度品种。75 mg/kg Cd胁迫浓度是待测品种‘大竹黄白麻’、‘宁乡冲天炮’、‘浏阳大叶青’、‘邻水青顶家麻’、‘川苎八号’、‘中苎一号’、‘武岗红皮麻’、‘湘饲纤兼用一号’苎麻的耐Cd阈值。150 mg/kg Cd胁迫浓度是待测品种‘湘苎三号’、‘多倍体一号’、‘资兴麻’、‘厚皮种一号’的耐Cd阈值。 The aim is to understand the cadmium tolerance of ramie cultivars with different fineness. Ramie cutting seedlings (60 days) with the same growth condition were transplanted to soils treated with 0, 25, 75, 150 mg/kg Cd stress, respectively. The Cd tolerance experiment lasted for 1 year. The results showed that, under 25 mg/kg Cd stress, the comprehensive tolerance indexes of the 12 ramie cuhivars ranged from 0.80 to 1.18, 'Zhongzhu 1"' (medium fineness) had the best Cd tolerance, while 'Dazhu Huangbaima' (low fineness) had the worst Cd tolerance. Under 75 mg/kg Cd stress, the comprehensive tolerance indexes of the 12 ramie cuhivars were 0.09-0.77, 'Xiangzhu 3~' (medium fineness)and 'Dazhu Huangbaima' (low fineness)showed the best and worst Cd tolerance, respectively. Under 150 mg/kg Cd stress, the comprehensive tolerance indexes of the 12 ramie cuhivars were 0.32-0.54, 'Houpizhong 1"' (high fineness) and 'Dazhu Huangbaima' (low fineness) had the best and worst Cd tolerance, respectively. It is concluded that ramie has good tolerance to heavy metal Cd, and the medium and high fineness cuhivars have better Cd tolerance than low fineness Ma' and 'Houpizhong 1'.
