摘要 为研究可燃药筒材料高压燃烧特性,采用密闭爆发器测量系统,开展了某可燃药筒材料燃烧性能试验,得到实际燃烧过程的压力-时间曲线。在此基础上,建立定容工况下可燃药筒材料高压燃烧的理论模型,并进行数值计算,获得某可燃药筒燃烧性能参数、燃速指数和燃速系数,得到了可燃药筒材料燃速与压力的关系式。研究结果对改进大口径模块装药的可燃药筒设计具有一定的参考价值。 In order to study the high-pressure combustion characteristics of combustible cartridge, the closed-loop explosive measuring-system was used to carry out the experiment of combustible cartridge material. The pressure-time curve of actual combustion process was obtained. On this basis, the theoretical model of high pressure combustion of combustible cartridge was established under the conditions of constant volume, and the numerical calculation was carried out. The combustion-performance parameters, burning-rate index and burning-rate coefficient of the combustible cartridge were obtained as well as the relation formula of burning-rate and pressure. The study results offer reference for improving the design of combustible cartridge for large-caliber module charge.
