摘要
炼油碱渣废水是一种含有大量有毒有机物质的碱性废水。目前,关于这种碱性废水的处理工艺还不成熟,直接利用废水来合成功能材料的报道也很少。由于炼油碱渣废水中的硫化物可以提供硫源,碱性环境有利于纳米结构成核生长。基于此,本文通过一种简单的水热法合成了ZnO/ZnS纳米复合材料,同时还考虑了水热过程中pH值对ZnO/ZnS纳米复合物形貌和性能的影响。光催化降解甲基橙实验表明,材料在200 min内将20 mg/L的染料基本降解完。
Petroleum refinery wastewater is an alkaline organic wastewater (pH is about 14 ) which contains numerous toxic hazards such asthiophene, sulfide, surfactantinorganic salts. At present, the treatment technology of wastewater is under developing. Furthermore, the method using wastewater to functional nanomaterial is seldom reported, recently. Owing to the wastewater can provide sulfur, alkali environmentand surfactants, a facial hydrothermal way to prepare ZnO/ZnS nanocomposites was carried out. At the same time, the effect of pH value on preparing process of ZnO/ ZnS nanocomposites was also investigated. The photocatalytic performance of methyl orange (MO) aqueous solution showed that MO solution (20 mg/L) was degraded within 200min.
