聚丙烯酸钠吸水树脂的合成及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 用NaOH中和后的丙烯酸为单体,以过硫酸钾K_2S_2O_8为引发剂,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸钠吸水树脂,考查了中和度,引发剂用量,交联剂用量对聚丙烯酸钠吸水树脂性能的影响,吸水倍率测试结果表明,当丙烯酸的中和度为80%、K_2S_2O_8用量为占丙烯酸单体质量分数的0.18%、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺用量为占丙烯酸单体质量分数的0.02%时,聚丙烯酸钠吸水树脂的吸水性能最佳,为165 g/g,该树脂对质量分数为20%的NaCl盐水的吸收倍率为31.6 g/g。 A microporous hybrid polymer of sodium polyacrylate was synthesized by a water solution polymerization, with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) as a neutralizer, potassium peroxydisulfate (KPS) as a radical initiator, N, N-methylene bisacrylamide (NMBA) as a crosslinker. Effects of neutralization degree of acrylic acid and the dosage of initiator and crosslinker on the properties of sodium polyacrylate were investigated. When the neutralization degree of acrylic acid was 80% , the mass ratio of KPS to acrylic monomer was 0. 18% , the mass ratio of NMBA to acrylic monomer was 0. 02%, the sodium polyacrylate showed a best performance of water absorption rate and salt-water absorbency rate, which was 165 g/g and 31.59 g/g, respectively, the salt-water was formed by 20% NaCl and 80% distilled water.
