摘要
以甲基三氯硅烷,二甲基二氯硅烷,二苯基二氯硅烷,苯基三氯硅烷等为原料,用水解缩合法制备甲基苯基硅树脂,通过对搅拌速度、水解时间、水解反应温度等因素的实验分析,优化硅树脂制备条件;结果表明:水解温度、搅拌速度对硅树脂产率影响较大,而水解反应时间对硅树脂产率影响不大;将水解温度控制在15℃,搅拌转速控制在350 rpm,水解反应时间在2~3 h即可,硅树脂收率可达79%。
A methylphenyl silicone resin was synthesized through hydrolysis, concentration and condensation of methyl-chclorosilane and phenyl-ehlorosilane. The hydrolysis reaction effect of temperature, time and stirring speed on the productivity of the silicone resin were investigated. The hydrolysis temperature and stirring speed had great influence on the yield of silicone resin, while the hydrolysis time had little effect on its yield. The results showed that the optimal contents for hydrolysis reaction of temperature, hydrolysis reaction effect of time and stirring speed were 15℃, 350 rpm, 2 -3 h, respectively, and the yield of the resin can be extended to 79%.
