新型高效除垢剂丁基六甲基二溴化铵合成技术

摘要 以三甲胺水溶液为原料,与1,4-二溴丁烷反应制备新型高效除垢剂丁基六甲基二溴化铵,反应分2步进行,且主要按照双分子亲核取代(SN_2)反应历程进行,反应条件易控制,优化了反应条件,使反应顺利进行,降低了生产成本,无环境污染。该防垢除垢剂属于典型的Bola型表面活性剂,能在结垢体表面形成疏水、疏油、耐碱的吸附膜。吸附膜具有稳定周期长,除垢能力高,成本不高等优点。 The conditions for the reaction to process smoothly were optimized, greatly reduced the cost of production. Conditions were easy to control with simple operation, had no pollution and no waste emissions. The anti-cleaning media was a typical Bola surfactant, it can form a hydrophobic oil and alkali resistant adsorption film on the surface of the scale body, the stability cycle of the adsorption film was long, the descaling ability was high, the cost was low, and so on.
