摘要
γ-PGA(γ-聚谷氨酸)是近年发展起来的一种新型生物高分子功能材料。γ-PGA作为一种生物絮凝剂处理电镀生化出水,需要一个最佳的反应条件。通过单因素实验得知最佳的反应条件为:pH在9.0左右,γ-PGA投加量为1 mg/L,反应温度为30℃。最后利用Zeta电位对测定单因素实验得出的结果进行验证。在最佳的反应条件下,可以通过γ-PGA的处理降低电镀废水中的重金属离子,使电镀废水能够满足达标排放的标准。
γ-PGA (γ-polyglutamic acid) is a new kind of biomolecule functional material developed in recent years.γ-PGA used as a bioflocculant to deal with electroplating wastewater requires an optimum reaction condition. By single factor experiment, it was learned that the best reaction conditions were as follows : pH was around 9.0, gamma PGA dosing amount was 1 mg/L, reaction temperature was 30 ℃. Finally, the results of single factor experiments were validated by Zeta potential. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the heavy metal ions in the electroplating wastewater can be reduced by the treatment of γ-PGA, the electroplating wastewater can meet the standard of discharge.
