脱氧脱硫双功能精脱硫剂的研制及工业应用

摘要 用共沉淀法制备脱氧脱硫双功能精脱硫剂前驱物,按一定比例加入催化剂助剂、粘接剂及扩孔剂混捏成型,经500~550℃焙烧得脱氧脱硫双功能精硫剂成品。考察了温度、压力和硫含量对活性的影响。结果表明,在温度不高于200℃,空速<3000 h^(-1),压力≥0.5 MPa的条件下,可将焦炉气和转炉混合气中的总硫脱至<0.03 mg/m^3,O_2脱至0.03%以下;长周期实验和工业应用表明,双功能精脱硫剂具有脱氧脱硫精度高,活性稳定性好的特点。 Precursors were prepared by co-deposition, in which catalysts promoters, the hole expansion additives and auxiliary component were added according to a certain percentage. The dual function catalyst was prepared by kneading and compacting method, calcined at 500 - 550℃. In order to develop deep deoxidizing and desulphurizing dual function catalyst, effects of temperature, pressure and sulfur content on catalyst activity were investigated. The result showed that oxygen in the gas was brought down to less than 0. 03% (V/V) and sulfur content less than 0. 03 mg/m3 in coke oven gas and converter waste gas under the condition of temperature as low as down to 200℃, GHSV of 3000 h-1 and pressure over 0.5 MPa. The results of the long period operation and industrial application showed that the catalyst had good activity and was suitable for industry application.
