摘要
考察了碳酸丙烯酯(PC)+乙二醇二甲醚(DME)电解液中LiClO_4浓度对Li-MnO_2一次电池内阻、开路电压及高低温放电性能的影响。在-25℃,LiClO_4浓度为1.2 mol/L时,电池性能最好;300 mA放电时LiClO_4浓度为1.2 mol/L比1.0 mol/L的电池放电平台约高90 mV,放电比容量约高14%。随着温度的升高,电池放电性能的差异逐渐减小;在50℃时,不同LiClO_4浓度的电池放电平台和比容量相近。
The effects of LiClO4 concentration in PC+DME on internal resistance, open circuit voltage and high and low temperature discharge performances of Li-MnO2 primary batteries were investigated. Under -25℃, the batteries performance were best which were prepared by 1.2 mol/L LiCIO4 electrolyte. At 300 mA discharge, the voltage platform of Li-MnO2 battery made with 1.2 mol/L LiClO4 was 90 mV, more than 1.0 mol/L LiClO4, discharge specific capacity was more than 14%. The discharge process differences of batteries were decreased with the temperature exceeding. Under 50℃, there were no significant differences in discharge voltage platform and capacity of batteries which were prepared by different LiClO4 concentration.
