摘要
无水氯化钙具有良好的吸湿性能,作为工业和家用干燥剂被广泛应用,但对其的回收利用研究却很少见到报道,主要原因是氯化钙便宜,目前的回收利用多采用加热的方式,能耗较高。但是,废弃以后的氯化钙能酸化土壤,造成污染。本文对微波加热回收氯化钙干燥剂进行了研究,分析了加热能耗,物料本身条件,初始条件等因素对干燥剂的影响,得出了微波加热氯化钙干燥剂应在较高功率(0.7 k W),物料质量40 g、初始吸水率100%的条件下最佳,并通过正交实验确定了微波加热干燥剂的最大影响因素。
Anhydrous calcium chloride with good hygroscopic properties is widely used as a household desiccant. But its recycling is rarely seen in research reports, the main reason is that the calcium chloride is cheap. At present, heating is used to recycle it, but the energy consumption is higher than other ways. The waste calcium chloride can cause soil acidification and pollution. The microwave heating calcium chloride desiccant to recycle was studied, and the influence of heating energy consumption, material conditions, the initial conditions on desiccant was analyzed. The optimum conditions were as follows: the high heating power was 0. 7 kW, the material quality was 40 g, and the initial water absorption was 100%. The most influencing factor of microwave heating calcium chloride desiccant was determined by orthogonal experiment.
