摘要
某汽车涂装厂新建一套废水处理设施。针对废水水质特点,采用"物化-生化"法对涂装废水进行有效的处理,出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中二级排放标准的要求。涂装生产废水中的磷化废水含有重金属镍,属于一类污染物,采用石灰沉淀法对其进行单独的预处理。经济分析表明,处理1 m^3废水,废水设施运行费用约为3元。
The wastewater treatment facility was built in an automobile coating plant. The wastewater included industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater. According to the wastewater quality, "physical chemical + bio-chemical" process was useful. The treated wastewater can achieve the requirement of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). The nickel concentration in the phosphating wastewater was high, which should be pretreated by chemical precipitation. Economic analysis showed that the operation cost was about 3 RMB to treat 1 m3 wastewater.
