摘要 针对传统的X光机具有体积大、重量沉、效率低、操作不方便以及智能控制系统主体功能单一、速度慢、性能低、稳定性差、集成度低等缺点,介绍了一种基于DSP的X光机智能控制系统的设计方案.该智能控制系统以TMS320F28335DSP为核心控制器件,采用集成数字化控制,并结合新型高压开关电源和高频灯丝电源技术,构建了双路DA输出、双路AD采样、实时控制及报警信息反馈、数字PID调节的闭环控制电路.经多次测试结果表明,该系统能够达到管电压0~50kV连续可调,X射线管电流0~40mA连续可调等目标.该智能控制系统具有外围电路简单、操作简便、工作稳定、精度高、软件开发周期短、设计灵活等优点. Traditional X-ray machine is featured as large size, heavy weight, low efficiency, and in- convenient operation while the main body of intellectual control system is mostly related to such shortcomings as single funtionality, slow speed, low performance, bad stability, and low level of in- tegration. Thus, a design project of X-ray intellectual control system, based on DSP, is introduced. This system takes TMS320F28335DSP as core control device, using integrated digital control, along with new high-voltage switching mode power supply and high-frequency filament power supply tech- nology to build double circuit DA output, double circuit AD sampling, real-time control, feedback of alarming information and closed loop control circuit adjusted by digital PID. It shows that, after sev- eral tests, this system could reach the goal which could constantly adjust tube voltage from 0-50 kV and tube current of X ray from 0440 mA. This intellectual control system is equipped with the ad- vantages like simple peripheral circuit, easy operation, stable performance, high precision, short cycle of software development, flexible design, etc.
