摘要 剧烈塑性变形(SPD)是制备超细晶材料的重要技术手段。基于国内外在钛及钛合金剧烈塑性变形领域所取得的成果,介绍了等通道转角挤压、搅拌摩擦加工、高压扭转、累积叠轧和多向锻造5种典型的剧烈塑性变形技术的基本原理和研究进展,探讨分析了剧烈塑性变形对钛及钛合金组织演变和力学性能的影响。指出了目前钛及钛合金剧烈塑性变形技术所存在的问题,并对今后的发展进行了展望。 Severe plastic deformation (SPD) is an important technology for preparing ultra-fine grain material. Based on the severe plastic deformation technologies of titanium and titanium alloys both at domestic and abroad, the methods and principles of five kinds of severe plastic deformation methods are introduced, which including equal channel angle pressing, friction stir processing, high pressure torsion, accumulative roll-bonding and multi-directional forging. The effects of severe plastic deformation on microstructural evolution and mechanical properties are also discussed. The current problems of severe plastic deformation of titanium and titanium alloy are analyzed and the prospects of the future development in severe plastic deformation are also given in this paper.
