长庆油田抽油机井节能电机性能测试与评价

摘要 为了提高抽油机井拖动电机效率,长庆油田引进了多种节能电机,如双功率电机、交流永磁伺服电机、三相异步电机+变频、绕线式转子变频电机、开关磁阻电机等,但缺乏各种电机综合性能比较,为此在机采节能技术评价系统上开展了6种电机空载损耗、带载启动、不同平衡状态下节能性能对比试验。结果表明.与三相异步电机相比,应用节能电机可实现通过提高电机效率带动系统效率提升2.3个百分点。其中开关磁阻电机空载损耗小、自身效率高,在平衡状态下耗电量最小,系统效率最高,更适合游梁式抽油机工况。 For improving the motor efficiency in rod pumping wells, various energy saving motors have been introduced into Changqing Oilfield, such as double power motor, AC permanent magnet servo motor, three-phase asynchronous motor with variable frequencies, wound-rotor frequency-converting motor, and switched reluctance motor, etc. But we lack comparison of the overall performances among these motors. To this end, a comparative trial of the energy-saving performances is carried out on six kinds of motors under the conditions of no-load loss, on-load startup, and different balanced states, in the Evaluation System of Energy-Saving Technology of Mechanical Recovery. The results show that comparing with the three-phase induction motor, the energy saving motors can improve 2-3% of the system effieieney. Among them, the switched reluctance motor has smaller no-load loss, high self-efficiency, the minimum power consumption under balanced states, and the highest system efficiency, thus it is more suitable for beam pumping units.
