油井腐蚀结垢原因分析及缓蚀阻垢棒的应用 被引量:2

摘要 在油田开发中后期,油井井筒结垢与腐蚀现象越来越严重,制约着油井的正常生产和产能建设,因此,及时进行防腐阻垢处理则成为稳定和延长油井生产周期的重要措施。常用的防腐阻垢技术主要包括油管或油套环空连续或间歇性注入液体防垢剂技术、井下挤注阻垢刺技术及井下花管内投放高效固体缓蚀阻垢棒(MT—HZ324)技术等。通过多次现场试验与综合对比研究,认为采用高效固体缓蚀阻垢棒(MT-HZ324)技术进行油井防腐阻垢处理明显优于其他技术.该技术具有效力高、性能稳定、使用方便、释放时间长的特点。可在油田各作业区块广泛推广应用。 In the middle and later stages of oilfield development, wellbore scaling and corrosion of oil wells directly affect the normal production and capacity establishment of oil wells. Therefore, timely anti-corrosion and scale-resistant treatment has become important measures to stabilize and prolong oil well production. Commonly used anti-corrosion scale-inhibiting technologies include mainly the scale inhibiting by continuous or intermittent injection of liquid through tubing or annulus, downhole injection of scale inhibitor, and putting high-efficiency solid corrosion-mitigation and scale-inhibition agent (MT-HZ324) into the screen casing. Through studies of many field experiments and comprehensive comparison, it is considered that the efficient solid corrosion-mitigation and scale- inhibition agent (MT-HZ324) technique is significantly better than other treatment technologies in the oil well' s anti-corrosion and seale-resistant treatment, and has characteristics of high efficiency, stable performance, convenient to use, and a long time of release. It is worth to be widely used in the operation blocks of the Oilfield.
