电机变速控制优化技术研究与应用效果分析

摘要 常规游梁式抽油机拖动电机是恒转速运行,由于抽油机悬点是变负载运行,且负载波动幅度大,导致电机功率波动大,普遍存在倒发电现象,使得机采系统运行效率不足40%,油井系统效率也偏低,为此,研究了一种电机变速控制功率优化技术。通过监测电机运行功率、扭矩及载荷的变化,实时调节电机转速,保证电机运行时输出功率平稳。现场应用表明,该装置使得抽油机运行更平稳,且具有降低油井能耗、消除倒发电现象、改善深井泵工作状态等优点。 The drive motor of a conventional beam-pumping unit runs with a constant rotation rate. Because the polished roll of the pumping unit runs with variable loads, and tile loads fluctuation is large, thus it leads to a big iluctuation in tile power of motor. A phenomenon of "reverse generation of electricity" is eommon in it, system less than 40%, the oil wells system efficiency is also low. which makes the operating efficiency of mechanical oil production For this reason, a type of variable motor-speed controlled power optimization technology was studied in this palter. By monitoring the changes of motor operation power, torque and load, it can real- time adjust the motor speed and ensure the smooth power output when the motor running. Field application shows that this device can make the pumping unit in more stable operation, and it has advantages of lower energy consumption, no phenomenon of motor generating electricity, and improving the working status of deep well pinups etc.
