硅灰造壳改善大吸水率骨料混凝土性能研究

摘要 采用水泥+硅灰复合浆体造壳,改善大吸水率骨料混凝土性能,试验对比研究了经过造壳后混凝土与基准混凝土工作性能、力学性能、耐久性的差异。结果表明,水泥+硅灰"造壳"处理组配制的混凝土的坍落度、扩展度、抗压强度、电通量、氯离子扩散系数及长期性能均有所提升,0.8水灰比组提升效果更佳。 The research achieved shell making with the composite slurry of cement plus silica fume to improve the performance of aggregate concrete with high water absorption. By comparing the workability, mechanical property, and durability of the concrete after shell making with the benchmark concrete, the research found that the concrete pro- cessed with cement plus silica fume shell making manifested better performance in terms of concrete slump, slump flow,compressive strength,electric flux, chloridion diffusion coefficient, and long-term property. Particularly, the con crete with the water-cement ratio of O. 8 showed even better performance when compared with the benchmark concrete.
